Can’t log in to IMDb app on iphone using any of the methods or even create a new account

I can log into IMDB on website, but get an error message trying to log into the app. Says “try again later. Error unarchiving object of class AItoken.” Have tried IMDb, Amazon, Google, and Facebook.

Our engineering team has confirmed that the issue has been fixed. Thanks again for the problem report and sorry for the inconvenience.

If you're still receiving the error at this time, please attempt to clear the Cache in the app settings.

To clear the cache, please take the following steps:
1. While in the IMDb app, go to the "You" tab on the bottom right-hand corner
2. Select the gear at the top right-hand corner, which will take you to the App Settings page
3. Scroll down to find "Clear Cache"
4. You will then be prompted to confirm clearing all application cached data
5. Select "Clear" and then try to login once again.

I am having the same problem on a brand new 7th generation iPad. How can I clear my cache if I cant login? Clicking on “you” does nothing if youre not logged in.

Hi Rebecca,

Despite being in the "logged out" screen on the "You" page, you should still have access to the Settings gear located at the top-right hand corner.

Can you confirm if this is not the case for you?
