My “recently viewed” section was eyed when I opened the app today but was there yesterday. Can I get it back? And how?

Hi Alex,

Are you noticing the Recently Viewed section when you log in to the desktop version of IMDb?

Hi Alex,

Please make sure cookies are enabled on your desktop computer, please check your browser configuration (usually under the Security or Advanced Configuration section). If your browser is configured to reject cookies, you can still access and search IMDb but you will not be able to use any of the personalized features reserved to registered users.

If you're still experiencing this issue, please write us back with the following:

1. Your device model (e.g. iPhone X, Samsung Galaxy s9, Windows/Mac):
2. Your device's operating system & version (e.g. iOS 11.2.1, Windows 10):
3. Your IMDbPro app version, if applicable (e.g. 1.4):

Thanks!

Hi Alex,

Can you confirm that you're experiencing this issue on both the desktop version and IMDb mobile app?

Are all the search results missing from your recently viewed section? Are you able to take a screenshot of what you're referring to?

Thanks in advance!

I can see my recently viewed for the last 24 hours on the desktop version , but nothing last that, and the app doesn’t show me any of my recently viewed. And to clarify there are no results in my recently viewed section on the app, and only the last 24 hours of what I’ve searched are in the recently viewed section on the desktop version.

Hi Alex,

Your recently viewed footer is based on your browser, so it will not follow you as you move from your home to work computer or from your computer to your mobile device. We clear out the footer if you haven't visited the site for a while.
