Bug in title submission form processing of long location names

If I attempt to submit a filming location for a title that has a long first element, such as
"Russian & Turkish Baths - 268 E 10th St, Manhattan, New York City, New York, USA"
the submission will hang whenever I attempt to check the update or save the update.  If I change the location to "Russian & Turkish Baths, 268 E 10th St, Manhattan, New York City, New York, USA" I don't see this problem.  If I save the update, it does seem to get saved, but I can never open the update from my cancelled updates listing.  An example of this is 131231-132908-479200.  In this particular update, I have filled in a filming location of "The Westin New York at Times Square - 270 W 43rd St., Manhattan, New York City, New York, USA" and that causes the submission to hang.  If I change the location to "The Westin New York at Times Square, Manhattan, New York City, New York, USA", I don't have this problem.

It might be a temporary thing (possibly caused by the hyphen?) as one example I was looking at the other day is not only longer, but also includes the hyphen:

Beautique Hairdressers - 115 Lister Avenue, Balby, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, England, UK

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0074036/locations

Then again, I don't really see the need for a hyphen, so perhaps you can miss that out? I'd wait for staff (or a user who knows this area well) to chip in first though, although if you submit without the hyphen you can always edit it later.

Using hyphens appears to be the convention if a location name and its street address are going to be listed.  I've entered in plenty of locations with hyphens, but the ones I listed in the original message don't work (and still don't 24+ hours later).
We can, of course, debate whether the hyphens are needed, but having the web server hang/time-out is never the correct response (even to incorrectly formatted submissions).  Hopefully, a staff member will respond.
