being asked for evidence to correct credits

Credit corrections are now being refused, marked: declined - unable to verify.
The current characters do not match the onscreen credits, hence me trying to correct them.
Evidently no evidence was uploaded when the character field was filled initially with the erroneous entry, so why do I need to upload evidence to correct it?
Having to upload evidence for every single correction, would be so time consuming that I would not bother submitting any further corrections of this nature whatsoever.
I have over a million submissions, but it is now so difficult to work on existing titles that I can now barely get anything corrected or added properly. Please assist/advise.

Thank you for your response.
I have literally hundreds in my submission history which are still on the status declined or at least partially declined. Nearly all but the most recent have already been submitted twice. Each time they are submitted, only a handful are accepted.
The following are classic examples of those which remain to be accepted:

191117-124508-834000
191116-195337-788000
191116-183341-320000
191115-170015-340000
191115-165326-083000
191115-165043-740000

191118-195721-622000

191118-195513-152000
191118-195500-673000

190505-155737-260000
190505-155742-257000

All of this sort of material was previously accepted without any further problem. What has changed?!

    Disputes

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any IMDb Service, or any products or services sold or distributed by IMDb or through the IMDb Services will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this agreement.

    a. There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including injunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages), and must follow the terms of these Conditions of Use as a court would.

    b. To begin an arbitration proceeding, you must send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your claim to our registered agent Corporation Service Company, 300 Deschutes Way SW, Suite 304, Tumwater, WA 98051. The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules, including the AAA’s Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes. The AAA’s rules are available at www.adr.org or by calling 1-800-778-7879. Payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA’s rules. We will reimburse those fees for claims totaling less than $10,000 unless the arbitrator determines the claims are frivolous. Likewise, IMDb will not seek attorneys’ fees and costs in arbitration unless the arbitrator determines the claims are frivolous. You may choose to have the arbitration conducted by telephone, based on written submissions, or in person in the county where you live or at another mutually agreed location.

    c. You and IMDb each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration you and IMDb each waive any right to a jury trial. You and IMDb also both agree that you or we may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.

Hi Dale, thanks for your patience and for providing these so I could take a look. We are aware of this and are taking internal steps. In the meantime, are there any submissions you would like me to resubmit on your behalf?
