I worked on the movie Carnosaurs in 1993 and tried to get credit for a few months but they won't update my status. I was a background actor and can be seen in the movie wearing a yellow jumpsuit behind a computer. How can I clear this situation and get credit for what I did especially when I'm featured in the movie. I think we filmed in Venice Beach.

Is this you?

If so you should be able to get an uncredited role listed, see the guidelines:

www.imdb.com/help/show_leaf?uncredite...

Critical is providing evidence - you should be able to provide some paperwork to show you were there and a screenshot of yourself standing out from the crowd. You can use this form for that:

One thing though - an awful lot of your credits look like uncredited roles (you have three "Bar Patron" roles), but aren't flagged up as such. Also a lot of them are for forthcoming films. Such things might make staff a little wary of adding credits, but it might not - it is a bit of a "Black Box", so it is never really clear what goes on behind the scenes: you put something in one end and it usually comes out the other, but sometimes it doesn't. It can drive one a little mad trying to figure it out.

Soooo, all things being equal... there shouldn't be much of a problem getting the uncredited role accepted, as long as you send in enough of the right evidence.

You can paste the reference number in here too and staff can check on it.
