There you can see the new generation of mathematic 29/100 equal 28%, I don't know how it does this but maybe I missed something in maths but 29/100 equal 29% as far as I know.

A simple problem report would have been sufficient.

As Charles Dodson's Alice would say: "curiouser and curiouser".

I was able to replicate the problem on this page:
https://www.imdb.com/chart/moviemeter

I checked the cases from 11 to 30. The ratio and the percent work fine, except when the number films seen equals 29.
