Ability to override built-in MIDI mapping on Djay Pro iOS

Though Djay Pro for iOS doesn't currently have MIDI learn, some of us know we can use iTunes file transfer feature to transfer mappings created on the desktop version. It works very well and has opened Djay Pro for iOS to a lot of new hardware.

However, when Algoriddim eventually supports the controller, we currently find ourselves locked to the built-in default mapping without the ability to override it with our own, even if we use the exact same file name.

One easy way to support custom mappings when a device is already supported could be to add a menu in the preferences that provides the ability to choose between the default mapping and the list of custom mappings uploaded via iTunes.
