VI49 not working?

When I plug it in it turns on all the keys seem to function but windows doesn’t recognize it

Download firmware app and try again also try other usb

yup still no luck ive be researching for the past few days to see if anyone else has had this issue but all the threads ive seen are dead and ive tried just about everything besides resetting my pc

Thanks for posting! 

How do you know if the keys are working if your computer doesn't recognize the keyboard? If you have already tried a different USB port and a USB cable, make sure nothing else is plugged into your computer and if that does not work, double-check on a second computer.

If it's still not connecting, this may be hardware related.

like the pads light up and all the buttons respond to the keyboards display but nothing shows up in device manger. I went ahead and retried 3 different computer its getting power the computer just isnt reading it

• Submit a Warranty or Service inquiry with our Technical Support team by logging onto the Alesis Support Page. Select Warranty or Service Inquiry from the drop down menu.
