Looking for any input on the crimson 2. I've been playing acoustic for 20+ years and bought the nitro mesh last year to silence some noise around the house....not the drums. I bought the nitro just to check it out if I liked it or not. The nitro is plugged into my PC and some fruity loops, both of the extra inputs are being used, and my cymbals are Y'd together. I love that I can fold it up and take it to jam and bring back home to play with minimal effort.
Is the crimson 2 set a good step up as far as the module and versatility. It has two extra inputs like the nitro but the crash appears to be used for the 3rd zone of the ride. Crimson 2 has an extra cymbal. Variable hi-hat pedal. Does the module have the capibility of controlling the pro-x or a vh-11 or 12?
Any positive or negative feedback would be awesome.

I just sold TWO sets, 1 ) DM6 & 1 ) DM7X Nitro. And bought the Crimson 2 used for $300! Okay. Got that out of my system. Yes the Crimson 2 does seem to support the Pro X.
However...The module is very much different from the lower models. The user jas MUCH more control. Sensitivity. Pan. Decay. Pitch. Volume. That beimg said
.. I do have problems. And this is just the first night. I keep losing the hi hat sound
