TransActive Wireless 2 - Hum when connected.

Hi,

I bought my TransActive Wireless 2 about a week ago. It started of really good but now I have some problems.

When I turn it on there is a big "Hum" from the Tweeter and the Low Frequency-driver, even though there is no device plugged in to it. All the knobs are on zero as well.

I have tried to connect it to different sockets, even in different buildings, and tried it with different Power cables. Still hums.

The battery will not charge either.

If I connect my Iphone to it with Bluetooth I can play music, if I crank it up, but the "Hum" is still there in the background.

Is there something more I can try or do I need to send it back for repair?

Best regards,
Chris

If I was a betting man... I would say that you have blown filter caps in your power supply! However; it also sounds like.... something busted! LOL :-) Send the beast in for repair!
