Recently purchased a DM10MKII Pro kit. Hardware is great, I'm struggling with the module though and the manual is incredibly sparse. Nothing more robust link to the product page. Where can I find some tips and tricks for trigger and sound configurations?

Hi Richard,

Thanks for posting.

I've included a number of different tutorials and walkthroughs below that will walk you through getting started with and how to use your DM10 kit:

Is there something specific you're having issues with that I can assist you with?

Thanks! I looked through these a bit but most of what I’m seeing doesn’t really align with this new module. Anything available there?

Currently having issues thus far with the snare not being able to handle press rolls and soft/incidental strikes. The kick repeats every strike even with retrigger maxed out and the ride is really splashy, no clear bell or bow tones.

I’ll keep tinkering.

Yeah good luck with tweaking your Mk-II Pro as it doesn't have some useful voice layering functions included in the Strike and original DM10 (Mk-I) modules.

Dude! I am having the same issues! Everything is related to the DM-10, but the KII Pro has a completely different module. I am shocked and Unfortunately kind of disappointed with the lack of information Alesis offers with support for the KII Pro. I am sorry Alexis but it sucks that whenever someone asks questioins about the Pro, we get directed to all of the Original D10 stuff. I don't think very much time went into the support for Pro :(

Bill R., is there any information available that's specific to the DM10MKII Pro kit? Here and other forums, I get sent links to things for the original DM10, but these are decidedly different devices.

Indeed, the modules are a little different. Unfortunately, I don't have any tutorials or guides for the DM10MKII Pro Kit. Is there something I can assist you with though, concerning this product?
