Strike Pro ride cymbal edge switch broken and crash edge half broken

My strike pro (original) ride cymbal edge switch has stopped working. Neither choke or crash works. I tested a different cymbal on the wires (ATV aDrum) and it works fine so has to be the edge switch. Additionally, the edge switch on one of my crashes has lost about half of its length for triggering and only triggers on the left half of the cymbal or so.

I've sent my info to the warranty department 3 times in 45 days and have received no response. It's weird as when I had an issue with the hihat edge over the summer they were extremely responsive and helpful and made me a huge alesis fan - I was promoting at every gig! This isn't as stellar of an experience now.

Help?! Heck, if I could just buy the edge switches themselves I would be happy to do so to replace it myself! My only other option will be purchasing all new cymbals which is far from ideal...

How can I get in touch with support when they won't respond to my support/warranty requests that I've submitted through the site you mention along with proof of purchase, etc. 3 have been submitted in 45 days with no response. The automated email says I should have a response in 72 hours but get none.

Where do I find phone numbers? I don't see them on the support page.
