Problem with VI25, not detected when trying to "scan for device"

Hi everyone,
My MIDI unit will not easily be detected when trying to scan for it. There are other areas this unit is not detected, notably Propellerheads Reason 10. If I do get it detected and usable, when I restart my computer it becomes undetectable again and have to start the process again.

If I may, streamline the process or upgrade the software.

Thanks for you time,

Bogdan

Hi Bogdan,

Sorry you're having issues with your VI25. What operating system are you using with your controller?

Based on the symptoms you've described it sounds like this could potentially be an issue with your computer's USB ports or the controller itself. Have you tried using your VI25 with another computer, and if so, do you experience the same issue? Have you tried multiple USB cables and ports with your controller as well?

I actually found a way around that. If I start the controller before, I start my DAW, it works very well. So well infact, I don't need any troubleshooting about this issue anymore.

Thanks for the support though. All good now
