It would be very helpfull to have a preview/Play-Button in the Sounds-assigning menu. (Same as available in Import-menu).
With that Funktion you could easily Design a Kit-Setup without pluging in a Pad in triggerInputs.
Also there is missing an Option to switch between Pads/triggers without hitting them. This missing Feature makes it very difficult to create Kits with Sounds played by the not built in pads (eg. Ehen you simple want to change something backstage)

Hello, Mario

Thanks for posting!

We appreciate your feedback! If you would like to preview the samples, you can just scroll through the factory sounds and strike a pad to hear what they sound like, this is very standard when assigning sounds to pads. You even have the option to "Cue" your pads prior to launching them and getting output from the main outputs, you can achieve this by using the "Pad Cue" button on the left-hand side of the pad.

Yes, the only way to assign sounds to the trigger inputs is to connect a pad and note chase. It is designed this way since you would not be using these trigger inputs unless you had something plugged in however I can definitely submit this feature request for you!

Hope this helps!

I may be late to the game here but the Pad Cue function will allow you to choose any pad/trigger/foot-switch without the need to have hardware plugged in or note chase. By design the Pad Cue was likely intended just for auditioning the sound assignments in you headphones only but in reality it can be used as an input picker.

If I use Pad Cue to scroll through to my Trigger 3 input, I can then go to any of the other settings for tweaking and the focus remains on Trigger 3.
