No audio signal from my DM8 Pro Kit.

My audio out just STOPPED one day, module turns on, you can navigate, but no audio out from any port, no one in the world can tell me what to do other than the obvious, suggested reset bs, and of course $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ to replace an already expensive set, DM8 Pro

Hi Christopher,

Thanks for posting. Sorry you're having issues with your DM8 module. 

Have you tried switching out your cables as well as performing a factory reset on your module? If you haven't performed a factory reset you can do so by pressing and holding the EXIT and STORE buttons simultaneously while turning it on.

If you've tried these steps and are still having issues with your module, then it may need to be serviced. Log on to www.alesis.com/support for assistance with servicing your module.
