I recently purchased a used Vortex Wireless and it came with only the USB dongle and the unit itself. Read the manual on how to install but found no instruction for installing in Windows 10. Tried to google search for any materials or instructions on how to but found nothing. Anyone knows how? Any info would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Follow these steps below to install the Ableton live Controller Map and setup your controller within Ableton:

Extract the file from the zipped folder after downloading and place the included folder in the following location on your PC:

  2. Select Folder Options
  3. In the window that opens, select the View tab.
  4. Find Hidden files and folders in the list and check off the box for Show hidden files, folders or drive
For Windows 10, the to show Hidden files Perform the following:

Authorizing AIR Xpand!2 Before scanning the plugins into Ableton Live Lite, make sure that they are fully authorized and ready to go. The plugins will install a software called the iLok License Manager that will help keep track of your plugins and allow you to move the authorizations later on if necessary. Here's a quick and easy way to Authorize your plugins by using the ilok License Manager.

  1. Open the iLok License Manager. You can find this in your Applications folder on your Mac and under All Programs on Windows.
