According to the User Guide pg 8
To change the transposition:
1.Press the Metronome and Lesson buttons at the same time to enter Advanced Function Mode. The two button LEDs will be lit.
2.Use the keys marked Transpose + or Transpose – to set the transpose value. Press both keys together to reset the transposition back to the default value of 0.
3.Press both the Metronome and Lesson buttons again to exit Advanced Function Mode.

Thanks for trying to help but,

This keyboard does not have Any button that says Transpose.!!! It has been examined by multiple musicians. About a yr ago when I still had the manual there were instructions that worked did not include a transposition button. We don’t recall how to do this but it doesn’t involve a transpose button anywhere. If someone wants to send a picture of the keyboard where the transposition button is on their end I would be happy to compare but there is really no bottom to my knowledge.

Any other methods?

The User Guide doesn't mention a Transpose button(s)...
It says use the "KEYS" marked + or -..a lot of keyboards (including some Alesis) use the keys instead of buttons but they are usually marked above the key below the function button(s)..some are near the middle of the keyboard.
When you press metronome and lesson do the 2 two buttons LEDs light up?
If they do it's in Transpose mode and if the keys aren't marked for some reason,I would put it in Transpose mode and start pressing keys and listen if anything changes.
Otherwise you'll have to wait for support or an actual owner to respond or contact a reviewer on Youtube.

Thanks for trying much appreciated. It is tricky because this keyboard doesn’t have a screen and when you press metronome and lesson together the volume goes away so that may indicate something but then when you try to play a note it sounds like clicking and not a pitch.

I will look above the keys themselves
They did a real good job of hiding it though

Says in advanced mode to use F0 and G0

Thanks for that

I found something that may help...it is a "shortcut graph"..
It does show F0 and G0 as you mentioned above..
Maybe you count the clicks then exit Transpose Mode..
