Hi, Can anyone help me to sync and setup my Q49 to Ableton Live?

Q49 is recognised by my computer & I have set up Pc to USB2 Audio input, I have also set up Ableton live in Preferences/Audio but still can't get any sound out of keyboard. Can anyone help. Thanks, Mike

Hello,

Thanks for the post. I'd like to help. You'll have to manually map the MIDI controller to your Ableton Live software. Follow this guide here on to help you out. Let us know how it goes!

Hello, i have the same problem. I have tried to access the page you have given above, however it says i am not authorized. I think this is because i do no have the full Live package, and just have the basic Live Lite 9 installed. Can you please screenshot or tell me what I have to do to manually map the MIDI controller to Ableton, because i am not getting any sound either although it is connected properly. Thanks

Yeah.

Same problem.

There's no way to select Q49 as a control surface which is recommended in the Alesis doc.

The links provided above are either dead or as in the case of the YouTube video useless.
