Hello,

Thanks for posting.

I'm afraid I'm not quite understanding your inquiry. Can you please provide me with some more information?

Thanks Bill.
When I play ride 1(in 3 zone mode) or ride1, ride2 (in 2 zone mode) other pads are mute.So I can not play ride + snare or kick or another pads. In addition, ride1, ride2 (in 2 zone mode), rim and choke does not work in piezo mode, only working in switch mode. Is my dm dock broken ? Help me please !

I am still waiting for your reply, I have posted your support question and received a message to respond within 72 hours but today is 6 days I still have not received the answer. Alesis works badly. Sorry for not being native English.

When I hit two pads (ride1/2 + another pad) at the same time, only one is being played.

Sorry for the delay. This does appear to be hardware-related. Warranty and non-warranty claims are not handled here on the forum, but I can point you in the right direction! Here are a couple of options that you could choose from:

• Submit a Warranty or Service inquiry with our Technical Support team by logging onto the Alesis Support Page. Select Warranty or Service Inquiry from the drop down menu.

or

• For quicker support, call your nearest Support Office or International Distributor.

Make sure to reference or link this thread to help out the support team.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any additional questions.
