dm8 pro ride problems

Hi! I own an alesis dm8 pro kit. The other day, my ride stopped working, and I don't know what to do about it. I already tried swapping out the cymbal to make sure it just wasn't the cymbal itself. Also, I reset the module and that didnt work. Help?
