DM6 with ghost hit

Hi guys! After all, sorry about my poor English. I'm Brazilian.
I acquired an Alexis DM6 and it was used. The device was ok, but I realized that the tom2 sometimes was hitting by itself. It's wasn't happening all the time.
After some time without use, my oldest son started to use it. Today, I went to practice and realized that the share and the rim was being triggered when I hit the hi hat. I hit sometimes the black screw that fix the hat to check if the vibration was doing it, and looks like that's it.
Could someone help me how start solution it?
Thanks a lot
AJ

Hi AJ,

Thanks for posting.

It sounds like you may be experiencing crosstalk with your DM6. Check out these threads below for more information:

There's a firmware update available from Alesis website Jefferson. It doesn't completely eradicate the problem - but it does help. Also, check Bill's suggestions above

Thank's a lot, guys!

Bill, I'm following these steps and I realized that is about vibration on the pipe fittings when I hit the hi hat. I removed the rim from the pipe and the problem stopped.
Any tip to fix it?

Mark O'Donnell, I will make the firmware update using the Alesis DM6 Firmware version 06 from 26 April 2012. Have some else?
