I have had my DM10 for a bit, just tried to set up a custom set, but don't like the limited tom tom selection. I am going for a simple acoustic sound, rock.

Can I add drum sounds? If yes where do I get them?

I have never done an update (bought in 2016), if I update would it provide more drum sounds?

Thanks in advance for your help!!

Hi Geoff,

Thanks for posting.

Yes, you can absolutely add new sounds to your module if you'd like. You can search for royalty-free samples online to add to your kit. Make sure you save these files to your SD card in the appropriate folder.

Can you please tell me how to add the sounds from the SD card to the DM10 ?
There is not any card slot to the Module.
Thank you

If it's the original DM10 module can't add samples/sounds.
If it's the DM10 MKII Pro or DM10 MKII can.

The confusion posted above is because Alesis has too many modules named DM10.
