Hi Criss, May I ask you to check on my service ticket at the Help Desk? Several weeks ago I had the same problem with my rack tom and you had them replace it. This time it is regarding my Alesis 8" Mesh Bass Drum Trigger for 6 month old Crimson II Kit. I am hoping there is an easier solution. I already replaced the wire but that did not help. The drum still does not respond. Thanks in advance Criss!!

Hi Folks,

Any suggestions on how I can get my 8" Mesh Bass Drum Pad working?
It has been 10 days since I reached out to the support team with no reply. My next performance is on Oct 27th and I really need it working be forehand for rehearsals.
