Worst customers service ever. Been trying to have replacement for my alesis command kit computer for 2 month now. No reply by the website inquiry system, no further informations after 3 phone call and a dozen of email. Been testing and reseting my drumkit computer as request, nothing change. Inmusic technician tell me that he will proceed for RMA, no further informations oin two weeks. Case #1718144 please proceed soon...

Hi, I'm glad you went public w/this. These companies NEED to exposed for poor or non-existent customer service. Almost 4 yrs ago I purchased a Vortex-1. I had many questions so i called Alesis in R.I. They very willingly helped me out. Then, within months I found out I had stage4 throat cancer--i didn't smoke--just worked in lounges throughout the country 6 niters. 2nd hand smoke. Anyway, I was forced to repack my prised Vortex. Now, as I recover, I'm almost afraid to try & play it because i have forgotten all that's needed to get up & running. I can only hope to God, Alesis has some decent tech to help me out. In the meantime, I can only feel for you & wish you luck. Keep trying-Alesis does have some good people working for them.
