Hi,
I purchased the bluejay upgrade for my DM10 drum module a week 6 days ago and still haven't got the link the download the library. What's the normal process? Tried to contact the customer service with no luck so far ... Slightly irritating considering the money is already debited from my account.

Thanks

Hi Chris,
Tried to contact InMusic by phone at 5pm yesterday and got redirected to the voicemail, then sent an email to info@inmusicsales.com, still did not get an answer. Pretty terrible customer service so far ...

I had sent another message through the Alesis website and same nobody bothered replying (I guess nobody even read it).

Could you please personally do something ? Contact via email that you should find with my order id id #0000360267. Thanks

Hello Ben,

I'm sorry to hear about your issues. I can see how this could be frusterating for you. inMusic sales are on east coast time. Make sure you reach out to them between their office hours 9AM to 5:30PM ET. Here on the forums, sales inquiries regarding download links are not handled here. You can call Alesis technical support by calling 401-658-3131 but they are most likely going to direct you to contact inMusic sales too. Alesis technical support office hours are 8:30AM to 6:30PM ET.

Hi Chris,
Thanks for getting back to me again. Did not realize they were based on the east coast. Still a shame nobody replies message/emails though.

Hi Chris, After many attempt I managed to reach the Inmusic customer service and get the lib. I'd like to say how unfinished the product is though.

1) NO more metronome (apart from a stupid snare sound) seriously? I couldn't say how pissed off I am on this forum ( I'm trying to keep my cool ). You won't make me believe this is a hardware or software limitation, this is pure laziness from the team who worked on that product.
2) NOT A SINGLE sequence to play with? again, what the **** ?

Can't believe this is still sold for $50, can't believe how slow it is to copy 70 megs to the module either... This product is like an alpha of what could have something really good.

Anyway that makes one very unhappy customer.
