Alesis Coda Pro - Missing power supply and sustain pedal

Hi Alesis,

I recently ordered an Alesis Coda Pro from Amazon (brand new). The box doesn't include the power adapter or sustain pedal like it says it does on the manual. I contacted Amazon who have sent me a replacement and this one also doesn't have the power adapter or the sustain pedal, which means I have a product rendered useless.

Both boxes were unopened previously and I'm wondering why it doesn't include something as vital as a power supply. I have rehearsals this week and I was banking on my new keys. (Is the original power supply only for American electricity or something? I'm in the UK).

This has really shaken me up as I usually swear by Alesis (I also gig with a Vortex). I've tried looking for somewhere I can get spare parts, but nothing's turned up.

Can you please help me out?

(There's no "Coda" in the related product/service that I have to select to post this question, so I've tagged it with my other Alesis gear).

Hello Stitch,

Thanks for the post. Sorry to hear about your troubles but we can certainly straighten this out for you. Don't send back your keyboard. First, please double check the packaging for your keyboard. The power adapter and sustain pedal could actually be in the corner of the packing wrapped in foam. You may of possibly missed that when you were unpackaging the keyboard.

If you did double check your packaging and you've confirmed that you're missing both box contents then let me know and I'l have the Parts Department help you out with this right away. Email me your contact into at and I'll have our team assist you.
