We do have it. And it had very long legs. The Bass Synth has a simple feature. The TubeSynth has a variety of ways to affect the envelopes.

Ok, thanks for the tip. I don’t know a way to apply those options to keygroups i’ve made from my samples however. Any advice?

Umm, you still have some envelope control that should get you there. It's easier to answer if I have my box powered on. I use the vst's a lot. I'll check the kg

That’s ok, the envelopes and synths are fine, i agree, and perhaps i’m being unimaginative or lazy with my samples. Dedicated glide/portamento control like the mpc 4000 has does sound very nice as i recall it. Hopefully it’s on the drawing board for the X, and if not, there are useful options as you’ve suggested, thanks.

I really wish I'd copped the X instead of the Live, when I had money. It's such a trouble to capture fx automations. Having both will be the Queen's Tea!

Hey Giscard Rondeau,

Thanks for posting!

The team hasn't specifically released plans of implementing a glide/portamento to the Program Edit features. I do agree with you that this would allow for a lot more expressive control. I'll be sure to pass along your feedback to the team for further consideration. You can also send them direct comments through the Feedback Module represented by a smiley icon at the lower right side of the software next to the browser icons.

If you need an alternative method of submitting feedback, you can use the following link:

MPC - Submit a Feature Request

Thanks for your feedback!

this feature has been requested at least (since) 2 years ago and at least by dozens of different users but the Team hasn't any plan of implementing this????
how many (more) feature request do we have to make before it will be on the drawing board?
