splice "integration"

So I have been using splice and and the MPC Live for a year or so now and I finally got around to downloading the new firmware that supports splice "integration" . Wow what a disappointment. Did any one else think that splice "integration" meant that you could browse splice from the MPC Live? That is certainly what integration implies to me. The only thing this does is sync a folder between your computer and the MPC, which I have been doing without "splice integration" for years. All im saying is, hey AKAI, don't lie to me bro, your splice integration is CRAP.

Coming in loud and clear. I think this is typical. A functionality that pertains to a few select (the ones that use Splice, I mean) and that means a majority with no gain for this functionality. The same for "Expansion Packs", where only a few benefits and the majority gets nothing.

Both of these "features" on a machine that was more or less made for sampling. There's a bit of irony in there somewhere, I think.
