Change the looper output behaviour and add the ability to add fx to what's held in the buffer

I've been having a good play with the looper and I noticed a couple of things and have some suggestions to make. I noticed that you can assign fx to the looper as it's captured. I think it would be far more useful to be able to affect the signal when it's captured in the buffer and to be able to affect that using midi cc.

Also I noticed what's held in the buffer isn't subject to any fx that I have on the master channel. This is a shame I think you are missing a trick here with regards to live performance capabilities of this feature!

Cheers I have done just a starting point for an idea really it would be good if it also had things like cross fade, different playback modes, change loop length etc. I don't know how far it could be pushed but I think loads would use it more in live stuff if it was developed more.
